A meteorite has fallen from the sky, causing panic among the government officials. But LUNG points out that it is a good omen. LUI cannot achieve what he sets out to do. The Chiu Empire starts to invade the Qin Empire. Both LUI and LAO ask for the chance to go out to battle.
