Locke es un muchacho que vive en un lejano planeta. Un día recibe la visita del coronel Yamaki (Director de los servicios de inteligencia) solicitando su ayuda en la investigación del "Plan del milenio" creado por Lady Kahn, del cual sólo conocen su gran poder destructivo. Superando todos los inconvenientes, Locke y Yamaki comienzan a penetrar en el "Plan del milenio" y es entonces cuando conocen a una bella muchacha llamada Amelia que les creará graves problemas. Por fin Locke avanzará estratégicamente hacia el cuartel general de Lady Kahn. Decisivas batallas tendrán lugar en el espacio.
